I've got the 3.5" Skyjacker coil spring lift with their monotube shocks. It rides fine but the shocks started squeaking after about 5000 miles and its driving me crazy. I'm having to spray the housing where the shaft enters with WD40 every couple of days to combat the squeaking. I have seen some posts about the Falcon piggybacks but not a lot about Fox. Are their any fitment issues or other reason why people seem to be going primarily with Falcon?

Money is the reason for most people... the fox shocks are cool but definitely expensive... for the price of them I’d rather do Kings...for me I went falcon.

The Falcon piggybacks I've seen are ~$1500 and I found some fox non-adjustable for ~$1000.

oh crap... your talking the non adjustables... I thought you were talking the race series... my bad.

My buddy had the fox 2.0 piggybacks on his JK for about a year and half... then he broke one... then went to King adjustable resi’s. The ride on the foxs were good.

as for the falcons... I had the 3.3’s on my previous JKU. They had a larger rod and body than the fox. They are definitely stiffer than the fox but you can dial in your ride, which is why I spent the extra money for them.

For the $$$ the fox your looking at are pretty good start on remote resi’s.
