Great rims for a second set for folks who live in a snowy salty winter area who want to keep their expensive rims nice.
I have a set as well but thinking of keeping them for this purpose someday.
Not work selling for what you will get. Not much market for base Sport wheels.

Is it me or does that seem like an excessive amount of balance weight..

yeah, I would not want to use the tire that was on the wheel. Could you weigh one of the wheels? I found the Sport S aluminum to weigh 23 lb. and the spare steel wheel 23.4 lb.

Great eye, yeah, thats a bunch of weight. Something screwy with that wheel. Surprised it made it past QC at the plant.
To the OP question, not much. Good for guys who may need a set of take offs to pass inspection or to deal with a fix it ticket. I personally know where there's 16 factory wheels nearby probably with a combined mileage of less than 1000 on all 4 sets. I wish I had another vehicle that needed 17" tires but everything else has 18" or 20".

I got $200 for my Sport S wheels and tires. Market is flooded making them hard to sell.

Anywhere from free to 100 bucks. Only value is for people that might want throw away wheels.

I put my stock Sahara rims on Facebook marketplace and they took 8 months to sell and I got $200 for 5 from a guy passing through who damaged 2 of his rims

That steel wheel is almost certainly OK. It is far more common for a tire to be wildly out of balance from the beads and or belts being uneven around the circumference, as well as being at a greater radius from center.
