While at the dealership today waiting for my vehicle to get done with an oil change, I was browsing around at vehicles. While looking over a new Gladiator, I noticed this rain channel or whatever.

Would this work on previous years? And it's there a part number?

It was made standard on 22s. There's a TSB about it. It requires some parts...........I included the document here that explains

When I mentioned it to the service guy all he said was "aren't jeeps supposed get a little wet?"
Obviously I wanted it addressed if possible

Check again - my july 2022 build 2022 model JT had it, as did earlier built 2022 in the showroom

If you knew about it and didn't have one while under warranty, they would install one for you, right? Obviously with my 2020, I don't have the drip trim. I don't think I ever thought about rain being a problem, so I skipped the dealer visit.

Mine is also a 2020. Glad I went with an extended warranty though. Shouldn't the service advise her try and sell me stuff like this?
