Just curious.
2 weeks ago I was in a parking lot and wanted to center my truck better in the spot and put it in R to back and move over a bit. Instead of moving, the engine rev'd as I pushed the gas and the dash lit up flashing R.
I put it in park, and then tried again and all was fine. I blamed it on me as I was sort of distracted, in a goofy mood, and maybe I didn't have my door shut or something, who knows.

Then today, I started the truck and as quick as it was going and settled I put it in gear and DING, and CEL came on.
After a couple of miles I realized the ESS was working fine - hmm, must not be engine related, not the misfires!
I was at first concerned my 57 mile misfire issue had come back, but nope, engine smooth as silk, ESS worked.
So we got to church, I sent my wife in ahead so I could connect my phone and see what the heck caused the CEL this time -

The problem is - that first 1 means it's manufacturer specific so generic STANDARD SAE OBD charts of codes don't apply.
I was curious to see if anyone here has seen it as with my trips coming up there's no time to mess with a dealer and was hoping it's a random transient thing I can ignore for about 1 month when there's actually time to leave it for diagnosis. Heading to a big meet and races in a couple of weeks, heart tests in amongst all that, then right after my appoints, driving it down to FL for a couple of weeks.

It's probably the dreaded Jeep ran the connectors too bloody close to the CAT and million degree exhaust down there issue, or some other poor connection.
