Some extra feedback here, but I am thoroughly impressed by the SS3 Pros, they crush the OEM fogs performance wise. I originally had halogen, upgraded to factory LED since they came with the MOPAR steel bumper I bought, and then upgraded to the SS3 Pros, and holy smokes they are bright. I still smile every time I turn them on, they light up the ditches amazingly well. I'd say the pros are probably the most you'd want for on road driving, the Max's would be insane.
Agree. I have the SS3 Pro Fogs in yellow. If they had offered the backlight I would not have optioned that feature - wiring hassle and IMHO unnecessary. Up north we think about this in the winter but would you want yellow DRL look in the bright summer sunshine?

Also - the Pro's are awesome. When I flip on my highbeams and the SS3 fogs go off I have had passengers comment that my low beams and fogs are brighter. That is somewhat of an illusion though because my fogs are properly aimed low - the factor LED high beams are still pretty awesome on their own...

Anyway - I agree - backlight is not necessary. Get the pros!

Whatever you want...I can supervise!
Yeah - that confirms their description - for an extra 50 bucks you get the brackets that allow them to mount perfectly in place of the factory fog lights in a MOPAR steel bumper. So I have to have the lights and then check the "steel bumper" box and watch the price jump from 220 to 270.
I'm not totally impressed with the factory LED fog lights. They work, they are better than none and I've absolutely had far far worse but............... my wife approved the 220 (that was before I checked the "steel bumper" check box) and I'm hoping she'll ignore the extra 50 bucks when she reviews the credit card numbers - or will have forgotten the number I told her LOL.
Shhhhhh.
Your Secret is safe with me...what's her number?
