Are 4dr Wrangler and Gladiator rear seats interchangeable?

I have a chance to pick up some leather seats from a 2020 Wrangler that I want to swap out with my Gladiator cloth seats. I was not anticipating any issues with the front but wanted to check if the back seats would swap ok or not. Anyone know?

Not even close to the same. JLU rear seats fold forward and flat with the cargo area floor.
