I have hemmed and hawed about various toppers for a year now and have decided to go with the ARE. I like a lot of the features of other makers, but the price and side window options make this my only real option.

Below is my current build idea, with quoted prices:
ARE CX Classic: $2,203.00
Headliner: Free Promo
Front Sliding fold down Window: $130.00
Dome Light w/ Prop switch: $112.00
Standard Slider on Driver side w/ Pet Screen: $43.00
Outdoorsman Window on Passenger Side $211.00
Roof Tracks: $227.00
Delivery / Fuel Fee: $175
$3,101

I have a few questions for current owners:

Is that price inline with what others have paid?
What option did you get that wish you did not?
What option did you forgo that you wish you had now?

Roof Rack Questions:
I want the tracks to give me options down the road.....
Ascent basket/rack bolts directly to tracks, which I prefer. Are there other racks out there that are better? I want low profile, more of a flat rack per se than one with raised sides. Looking for the right basket / platform and not sure the Ascent is it??

With all of that said, what am I missing? :) There is always something....

Prices are going up, so want to jump on this soon...

I chose a battery-powered dome light to avoid having the installer hack into the wiring. On a previous truck they used Scotch-lock connectors under the back bumper, which of course I had to redo later. Now days battery-powered LED lights will last a long time.

I skipped the fold-down front window because the old truck doesn't have it and I never saw the need. Occasional water spray keeps the window plenty clean. One less hinge and seal to rely on.

Carpet and headliner are great features.

My order has been placed, made one change.. went with the battery lights vs wired. Thanks @bd100

Now I need to figure out my cargo tray options... The Rhino Rack Pioneer is what I am leaning towards. Anyone else running one of these?
