At what weight do I need to swap out to heavier rear springs

Bed rack 105 lb.
IKamper RTT 3.0 mini 125 lb.
Empty decked drawer system 175 lb per manufacturer

Front:
Stubby Mopar front steel bumper
Badlands Apex winch

Not sure of combined weight of gear. I’ll have a fridge in there somewhere. Tentatively will still be in my backseat cab area.

Am I at that weight based on the above that I will need to install HD springs in the rear?

Load rating isn't going to change up but down, with that out of the way. It will depend, it seems you have used about 700-800 lbs of capacity up. A SWAG there, mine is a Max-Tow package. I hauled a few loads of concrete in bags 800-1200 lbs it didn't seem like it was there, now with topper, fridge, 10 gal water tank, RTT (currently off), solar system, house battery, etc, etc. and 33" tires. When I installed a 2" lift kit the standard (with kit) had nose high. I already have airbags kit. I then swapped back to Max-Tow springs with 2" spacers and still slightly nose up. Not really a answer but general information. I'm thinking / planning on different springs in the rear later. All the latter dropped MPG substantial (to 16-19 from mid to high 20's) and felt power slightly.

I've hauled almost 1200 lbs of flooring in my Sport S Ecodiesel. Didn't really bring the nose up as it was bone stock at the time. But since I've added the camper and build out with a new Clayton Overland lift and HD diesel springs from there. Before the lift it was rocking back and forth. Full loaded for camping long term like a week or so. 800lbs +- love the Clayton lift

Sound like you have it sorted out pretty well. Unfortunately it’s what it says the payload capacity is on the sticker in the dr door jamb that legally tells you how much you can carry. I suggest driving on a Cat Scale at the nearest truck stop to see for yourself how heavy your Jeep is at ready to go as usual. The advantage heavier rated springs will help with is sag and with well matched shocks will control body motion.

It’s too early to tell honestly. I’ve only driven it about 45 miles so far. I had to drive it for 15 minutes and then let it cool off for 20. I had to repeat this cycle 3 times. Then I went on vacation so I haven’t driven it anymore.

Badlands winches with synthetic ropes weigh 66pounds . Wire rope adds and extra 21 pounds. Synthetic ropes weighs 5ibs.

My truck has RTT, SmartCap and Decked. Was running Clayton 3.5 overland plus lift on standard springs. Converted to Clayton 3.5 HD, no change in ride and zero sag.

My biggest issue is it squats under power now that I'm running 5.13’s. If I punch it itll lighten up the front end

My Badlands winch has the synthetic line. I’m 215-220 lb. so roughly another 300 lb. toward payload.
