I searched the forum, but with so many people looking to disable the Stop/Start system I didn't find much on this.

I took my front doors off on Saturday and put them back on at night. After the doors were on I moved my Gladiator and parked it for the night. When I came out Sunday morning I got a message on my dashboard Auto Park Disabled and Stop/Start Unavailable Service Stop/Start System. I have full power to my front doors. When I turn off the Gladiator my radio does not shut off, until I went into the settings and turned off the delay, now the radio turns off. When I got to work this morning, I turned off the Gladiator and opened the front door, but when I went to open the back door it was still locked. Normally when I turn off the Gladiator and open the front door all doors will unlock. I have a service appointment on Wednesday. My mileage is around 12,700, so it's under warranty and let Jeep deal with it. The service department is pretty good where I am.

Things I have found and tried so far:
I disconnected the battery and reconnected it after 1 minute. Hoping that I could reset the issue. This did not work.
I have read this could be an issue with: the electrical connection from the jeep to the door (pins bent, mine look fine)
the 2nd battery has a issue
a loose wire in the Stop/Start System
a loose wire at the hood latch
Has anyone else had this issue or know anyone with this issue?
I have included a video of the sequence at startup. The Gladiator drives fine and other than the issues I mentioned operates normally.

This is happening to mine after I put the doors back on. The drivers door is not getting the dome light to come on, but all the other 3 will trigger the dome light when opening the door. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the wiring harness 3x trying to get it to clear. I don’t know but start stop is disabled and it’s an annoying as hell system anyway, but I need it to work correctly so there’s no dash lights.

Check all the doors. Usually, this is from bent pins in one or both of the front door connectors.

You have bent some pins in the door connector. It seems to be a pretty common problem. It wasn't quite lined up and over they go. I would check the door that was not unlocked first.

Had this same problem after I took my doors off. Came here, read this thread, and sure enough, 3 bent pins. Bent them back, and problem solved. Forum for the Win!

You really have to be careful plugging back in. They’re not like the old JK where you just shove it in.

What Jock_AZ said. You have some bent pins in the front harness. This fixed my issue immediately. Just make sure the pins on the harness under the dash are straight.
