What does the ESS page tell you? You can try and disconnect the IBS connector for 20 minutes or so, and plug it back in. Really you should charge both batteries. Then again, if the ESS page is giving you a hint at why it isn't working, you can try correcting that situation according to the message.
Ess , all I get is Stop start not ready, voltage gage reads 14.1-14.3? This was after driving an hour and a half on the highway

What's the Purchase date, and what's the Manufacture date from the door sticker?

The JT has a fairly high parasitic draw, especially when equipped with a cellular capable head unit. If not driven enough to keep the batteries charged (daily), it needs a battery maintainer connected when parked.

The 14+ system voltage means it sees the batteries as low and is trying to charge them.

Get an appropriate AGM charger. Disconnect the negative battery cables. Remove the IBS from the negative post of the Main Battery. Fully charge both batteries and let them sit for a while. Each one should read about 12.8 volts. If so, put it all back together and you should be good for a while (provided everything else is working properly). If not, the health is degraded. If below 12.5 volts, then it's close to replacement time.

That year was rough on the batteries. They degrade quicker when not kept charged. Resetting the IBS and charging them will get you by for a while, but plan on replacing them in the near future.

Yes, warranty should cover it. Your Jeep sat around for a long time. I suspect that your dealer will charge and test your batteries and send you on your way. I hope I'm wrong and you get new batteries out of it. If they find only one bad battery, they will replace just the one.

I was there with my 2020 and doing a charge of the batteries individually and resetting the IBS resolved all issues - until I traded it months later.

Now, with my 2022, I used the BatteryMinder 1500 on it and it said it was done charging. Drove it 30 minutes to our street rod Tuesday coffee (where I saw an amazing late model Mustang tricked out with supercharger, it was a 10 second, quarter mile car, for sale. Drooled a while - it was for sale)
Then I drove 30 minutes back.
The whole time voltage read 14.7
BUT - ESS worked perfectly every time. It always has, so the system sees battery capacity as being ok, and apparently voltage at rest is over the threshold. But after having the charger on it for a day, driving it 30 minutes, and still seeing 14.7 - time to do the - charge each battery individually, reset the IBS and go from there bit.
It's a July 2022 build. and it does sit quite a bit. Only about 25,000 miles on it.

I have to backtrack a bit. I put the BatteryMinder on yesterday and unplugged it today and we went shopping. After a stop or two at different stores, it was back to dropping down to 12.9-13.0 volts under load and at stops, and in the 13s while driving.
So it took a couple of times charging and some driving with stops in between, but it's back to acting just like new again.

When I lost power after the hurricane, the JT sat for 5 days. No charger and no starting it. I moved it just to clean out the carport. After the 11th day, we had our power restored. I plugged in the NoCo charger for the evening. I sent my wife out for a supply run in the JT and asked her to let me know when the ESS was ready. 5 minutes later she called and said it says ready. Now these are 4 year old OEM batteries. I think the trickle chargers are key for newer vehicles that do a lot of sitting around.
