Aux switch configuration

I read in one of previous posts regarding aux switch configuration thru uconnect screen. Is that only available with premium audio or am I not looking in the right spot

Did your gladiator come with aux switches from the factory?

If so its under vehicle > settings and then one of the menu options will be "aux switches".

If not and you are adding them you will have to get the dealer to flash the computer or do it yourself with a JSCAN or other device to get aux switches to show up on the uconnect menu.

nothing to do with the audio aspect of the system.

I thought with 2024+ all JTR and JTM models came standard with AUX Switches? If so, the menu should be in the Uconnect system regardless.

It depends on the package. Not standard across the board, especially on Sport.

A tazer mini will let you enable the aux switches if they were add on along with a bunch of other things and extra features.

If you have them installed by a dealer, they will do it. Dealer installed mine and programmed them. Work like they come from the factory installed.

Just double checked the 2024 order guide and the Willys, Rubicon and Mojave have the Aux switches standard. So the menus should be in the OP's Uconnect interface for them.

I was planning on checking that. Thanks for doing my homework for me. I know my 24 Willys has them, and my previous Sport S had them either optional or part of a package.

For some Jeeps - they are part of the tow package 24 and later.
Could be standard on the R and M versions, but it does show in the order guide as part of the tow package for others.
