Awful customer service from Morris 4x4

Are there any Morris 4x4 center reps on this forum? I made the terrible mistake of buying four “in stock” AEV borah JK wheels a month ago which were quoted as shipping on November 18th. After being immediately hung up on, ignored in their chat, and waiting days for email responses I only received a screenshot of my order confirmation which status has been unchanged for a month. I did not want to bring this to a forum that I joined mainly for discounts, but I am left with few options short of disputing the charge.

If you were hung up on and ignored, don’t hold your breath for representation here. Just cancel and dispute the charge.

I've ordered a couple things from them before and never had an issue. Got my Arcus front bumper from them last year.

Never had to deal with their customer service though.

Unfortunately this issue with their service side has been noted here before. YMMV but this isn't a recent change from what I and others have experienced.
