Back Fender piece cracked; part number help

My son hit something with the back fender of my 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. It seems like the red paint can be buffed out, but there is a black fender piece between the red fender and the inner liner. Anyone know how I could find out this part number to order? Seems like a reasonably easy thing to rip off and fix. this picture doesn't really explain it very well, but hoping this is clear.

Unfortunately its true. I searched everywhere for the inner fender liner or a used fender.
