This morning my bank card fell into the e-brake. What is the best way for me to get it or should I contact the dealership for assistance?

Wow, I knew Jeep stood for Just Empty Every Pocket, but that is a new one... The Jeep ate my card...

Seriously, if you cannot see it or reach it with fingers/tweezers/needlenose pliers, you'll need to lift the console, have dealer lift console, or order a new card.

Without a photo of exactly where you think it disappeared, it's a little hard to visualize. Maybe you could used a compressed air hose to dislodge it enough to cause it to resurface?

did this as well, fortunately I'm getting a warrantied replacement

the console is one whole piece, you need to remove it properly to get the card out

this was the video I was going to use as reference if I had to replace mine myself-

when I went in for a service appt I said that the boot around the e-brake handle ripped/came loose, didn't elaborate anymore beyond that
