Battery/ electrical issue

Brought my car in to get serviced regarding some needed updates , in addition battery light was on indicating some sort of issue, got the car back, it sat for one day, will not turn on it just cranks. Did a Google search apparently this issue called sport Durst service perhaps everybody in service has Covid, no one answered, took over a half hour to even get to someone’s voicemail after a customer care person actually reached out directly to the service department, it is 11:15 in the morning and no one answers their phone, did leave A voicemail for Kirk, I believe the name was Kirk or Kurt, Not sure exactly what to do, any helpful that would be appreciated.

Clarifying my earlier response, my Google search on my issue about cranking and not turning over apparently is already known and others have experienced the same problem. Not sure if jeep has resolved that, unfortunately when I brought my Car into service department two days ago they either ignored the issue or did not properly assess the problem, I am having my car towed to the jeep dealership in Durham I suppose I need to make an appointment, but their service department still seems to be busy! Again any suggestions on how to get the jeep from just cranking to turning over would be appreciated and would avoid a tow

I would remove that picture as it shows all your personal information and if the jeep will not start get it towed back to the dealer and have them deal with it. You do get free towing from jeep
