this is what we use quick setup

Side mounted awning from All-Tops. Mounted on Rebel Offroad half rack. Shovel on one side, traction boards on the other. 10lb C02 tank mounted in bed. The only piece I use at the beach is the awning. The rest is for those who can't make it and get stuck.

The mat rolls up like a sleeping bag and is 1000D Cordura backed on the other side. Got a bunch when I was in Saudi Arabia.
