Bed fastener size question

Anyone know the size and pitch of this guy? I'm planning to use it to make my tonneau a bit more secure. I don't want to chase the threads with the wrong tap trying to clean out the bed liner.

I'm pretty sure those are the same pitch/thread that hold the bed rails in. The bed rail threads are 6mmx1.0. I've got mine covered up right now, but if they are the same as right under the top of the bed rail, that's the size.

Thanks, it might just be crammed full of bed liner, but it looks smaller. I will have to give that a try and just go gently to avoid damage if it's wrong.
