I have a 2020 that was built in April of 2019 and at that time they were driven or trucked to a nearby off-site vendor.

There are some YouTube videos of the factory applied spray-on liner. It appears to be done after most assembly is complete. If you did not buy new with it already in, Mopar sells their mixture to companies who have molar approved spray equipment. I got mine from the factory with the spray-in liner. After delivery, I added a great rubber mat pad for the bed floor that provides a great custom fit. It keep things from slipping and sliding and provides another level of protection. One of my best and most useful add-ons.
