I have the Bakflip MX4 on a 2025 Willys. Great cover. Does anybody know what bed rack will work with it so I can still open the tonneau completely? I want to attach a Thule carrier to it.

Im considering making my own..........Yea I know.........Any one that would work has to have the straight uprights, thats a given. Adarac Pro series will work per Real Truck where I got the MX4 from. Consider this for some feedback....Custom 3D printers use extruded aluminum like IXGNIJ sells on Amazon. Its available in several shapes with brackets etc, that give an unlimited design options and accessory attachments like Molle racks, etc. Itll work with the existing MX4 mounting too and I could adjust the height as the Adarac Pro is too high. Comes in anodized black and careful sizing, would be strong enough for the Thule carrier. The URL is too long but check out IXGNIJ on Amazon tell me what you think. Far less expensive too! Well I ordered the parts from TNUTZ.com. I can size it exactly to the bed measurements so the trifold opens. I put in an extra vertical post set in the middle to install molle plates later. Since the ports are adjustable, off the shelf plates will work. The Thrule carrier will rest on top. Unlimited attachment spots on the Tslot for future equipment.

Have you thought about getting a MX4 TS with the T Slot rails so you can use a T Slot compatible rack like the elevate rack? A ton of people are running this set up it works really well.

Pretty much finished with the rack. Came in about $900 but includes the center support (which isnt attached to anything and not necessary). Rack~80lbs, Thrule~40lbs. The main thing is that the MX4 cover works and the rack is solid! Ill add a fold down shelf and maybe molle racks, hooks, handles etc. The extrusions are the heavier thickness, maybe could have gotta a way with the Lite version and saved $100 but no complaints. This thing would double as a roll bar! Notice the 3x5/16" SS carriage bolt fits in the rail groove nicely. I have some rubber gasket still to go, to shed water.

Done with the rack finally. Looked into molle boards but they can be expensive for what I needed. So Charbroil helped me out with some replacement grates that fit the Tslot channel perfectly. 7mm rod into an 8mm slot. 2 for $34. A dab of RTV keeps them from rattling. The whole rack is solid and I could put a RTT up there but dont like the idea of climbing down a ladder in the middle of the night to take a wiz.
