I have stock cargo rails in the bed, front and sides. And installed bed rack that blocks entry slots on the rails.

Looking for something like roll-in Tnut, ideally. For example, this it regular t-nut that fits - https://a.co/d/02IbpuR

Or a thinner plate that can be pivoted and inserted in a slot from outside, together with a carriage bolt. Photo attached.

Couldnt find either of these online. Please share your mounting ideas.

i didn't get the bed rail system. i opted out cus i saw a lot of the bed racks i was considering didn't use em and saw cases of them not being strong enough and sending someone's 3k rtt for a spill. I just got a 10ft zinc plated thin unistrut from HD and cut it in half. bolted them suckers to the bed lips with grade 8 hardware and use slide in inserts to bolt down my rack and tent. unistrut is rated to hold way more weight than ill ever need and it distributes the weight across the whole bed rail. I like this as when i tried to mount my rack straight to the bed lip it began to distort the sheet metal and looked like crap. Plus it makes my rack and tent quick disconnect now.

I have two sets of stainless rail nuts that I designed to work with my compressor mounts and MOLLE panels. Two different thicknesses depending on what you are mounting.

Let me know if you have any questions! These drop in without having to remove anything.

Oh man, I wish I knew about your brand sooner. Love having aluminum molle panels. I just bought and installed full set of JCR bed panels, their bed rack and bed rack molle panel that covers the rear cabin window. Their molle panels are nice but HEAVY!

If you put two rail nuts side to side what is the distance between threaded holes? I need to check if I can use them behind JCR bed rack "leg" that has double holes for bolts.

Glad you like my stuff!
1.5" center-to-center for the threaded holes if they are sitting side-by-side.
