These anchor points hold very well. Drove out 3 hours to pick a set of 5 37/12.5R18 tires (for those that are wondering, 5 - 37" tires will fit easily). The 4 fit easily against the cab. I used a ratchet strap and the OEM bed anchors to hold them in place. The 5th tire was held in place using the anchor points I installed. Zero issues.
