Bedrail tiedowns and how do you secure?

Hey Guys/Gals, First of all does anyone have any Jeep Gladiator bed rail (also called Trail Rails and Utility rails) tiedowns? I called the Jeep Parts Dept and they said that their catalog says they are not available separately (from the rail kit). And if you don't (and even otherwise), How do you secure your hi-lift jack, spade and axe in the bed?
