Bent crossbar on my Bestop Sunrider

Hi all, like many of you I just took my sunrider out of storage to clean and protect etc, I noticed this cross bar is bent? I honestly can’t remember if it was designed like this or it was like this when I bought it but I just noticed today when I pulled it out. Is it a cause for concern?

call besttop or the vendor you got it from. I had a bent rod on my old trektop on my JK and between them and the vendor, I got taken care of.
