39,999 30% off of MSRP of 57,170. They lowered the price from 44K just a week ago. But, if you built it and ordered it NOW it would be in the 62K range, so effectively like 36% off MSRP if you could order it now. It has Selec Trac full time 4WD AND limited slip and headliners, LED light package and bedliner. It doesn't have the the cold weather package and the salesman said he thought that was the problem in cold snowy WA state. I bought a 2023 Freedom off of them for 30% off MSRP of 60,800 MSRP in December at the very end. I would have bought this if it had the heated seats/wheel package. I did a build on it in like early November on the Jeep site and got the 62Kish price if ordered now. I might have even got it if it was this price back then... It is easily 36% off MSRP if you could order it now.

So, you get cheaper registration as it is now two years old, cheaper insurance same reason, full 36 month 36K miles warranty and probably the best deal on a NEW Gladiator in the U.S. from what I can see.

What's the negatives?

Good luck... My local dealer has one that's a 22 they use as a loaner and won't come off of it anywhere close even with 12K miles on it. MOST dealers seem to hold to them for some reason and won't give. I asked in December about them lowering it more and he wouldn't budge on price but offered another thousand on my trade so it would have been around 42K. I was getting a new 2023 Freedom Edition pretty loaded for 42K on a 60,800 MSRP... And now a week and a half later he lowers it to 40K essentially a 4K reduction. HIs loss, but I am very happy with the Freedom I got from him that checks every box I have except aux switches and if I'm willing to pay, I can get those...

There's folks on here already getting 30% off a '23, though?
The dealers are NOT matching the Jeep incentives in early 2024. It's always like that in the beginning of a year. They won't start marking them down with dealer incentives usually until March April. There were tax and other incentives in late 2023 they do not have in early 2024. Lots of them are only giving the 15% Jeep incentive now figuring that will do. Has to do with how the businesses are run.

I got my 2023 Rubicon for 15k off... MSRP was just short of 60K and it was priced at $44,350. As far as I'm concerned, my Jeep was 1 year newer, I have heated seats and wheel, and most of the options that Jeep has. Mine is a soft top, and doesn't have the LED package, but I still feel like I got a better deal.

Edit: I also got $1000 worth of Jeep accessories, and a $500 Amazon gift card included with my purchase as well because it was Black Friday... :)

I still have standing offers for 26% off MSRP from two dealerships. But for me, that's too close to the '24 below-invoice pricing.

What's the negatives?

Just my opinion but without the cold climate package, it is the deal breaker. Any vehicle that has an MSRP of 57k should have it.

More than likely why that one has flat spots on the tires! ;)

Nationally, there are like 14 that show up on Carguru's. There are 18 pages of 22's. And right at 13,000 23's. There could be others, but some dealers don't show up on CarGurus...

I have been chasing down leftover 2022 diesels for the past month.. I have came close to pulling the trigger a two diffeent 2022 sport S ecodiesels but thought that the incentives on the 2023 models made any blowout deals on a left over 2022 very difficult to get.. After a ton of hunting around the northeast I decided to pull the trigger on a 2022 overland ecodiesel msrp $55,875 that I got down 25% to $41,156.25.. the dealer has no bullshit "Doc" type fees or "forced add ons" Also there is an additional tax savings as dealer discounts are not taxable while manufacturer incentives and rebates are.. so for me even though the Overland is not my 100% my preferred trim I can make it my own down the road as I would of anyway with modifications regardless of what trim it was.. it was the best deal for the buck that I could find even though it was not that 30% off msrp blow out deal I was looking for.. It is still a good deal.. picking it up on Wednesday

Score! Particularly considering the 4K price for the diesel. Good luck with that too.

AND, you got the wide axles, helpful with future after market updates, the LED light package, and other stuff that is "nice" and comfy and safe. But the tires and 20 inch rims as I remember, gotta go...

And although you might not like them, I like the side steps on those from a looks and access standpoint. And IF I whack em, you are not out much. I got some of the MOPAR knock offs for 300 bucks as a temporary solution on my Freedom as the first thing the wife said, was how high it was to get in... She was ambivalent on the purchase in the first place... So, gotta fix that fast along with the old big dogs jumping in easily.
