currently running rc 4” lift with 37s. no control arms, not sure wether i just keep lift and upgrade track bar and control arms first. or just buy a whole new lift. if so what lift for a 3.5-4”, a lot of dirt running more than a lot of rock krawling. want a jack of all trades kind of lift, something that can handle everything.

I'd add control arm drop brackets over control arms. They made a much bigger improvement on our 2022 JLUR on 3.5" of lift than control arms did. You didn't specify which shocks you're running, but adding drop brackets and better shocks will be far more effective than replacing the whole lift.

I don't see any reason to buy an entire new lift. RC coils are usually pretty decent. As long as yours are giving you the height you want, no reason to replace them.

I'd add front and rear track bars so you can get your axles back to center.

I'd also add adjustable front uppers or lowers so you can get a little more caster. You could also or alternatively run drop brackets since it sounds like clearance off-road doesn't matter much for how you're using your Jeep.

Depends who you ask
My understanding and I could easily be incorrect but for rock crawling your better off going with control arms opposed to the drop bracket. Most of the aftermarket control arms will offer better flex while the drop bracket will probably provide a smoother on road ride.
