Just installed the twill Sunrider from Bestop. Other than the Z-clips being a pain to install, this was super easy. An unexpected benefit is all the extra headroom too. Not that I needed it, I'm 5'9". But for anyone looking for a bit more this should get you about 2 inches. Thankfully no leaks considering all the rain we are getting here in Louisiana.

How is this thing when open and driving around town or on the highway? Is the wind noise bearable or any whistling?

Open the rear slider and most of the buffeting is gone. I usually close it on the interstate, but not always. :) it’s amazing below 70mph.

I absolutely love mine. Game changer when you want the top open but don’t want to fuss with possible rain and freedom panels. And YES, lol. Those damn z-clips! I bought the clear lids for the winter. It is also awesome.

Just installed mine a couple of weeks ago. When I fold it back, I push the fabric under the cross bar and any flapping noise goes away. Had it open and doing 75 and there was not buffeting or flapping. As my wife says, I don't think the freedom panels will be going back on!

I find the Z Clips easier if it is the first step. Some videos do the Z clips after it is placed on the Jeep - much harder. But they are a pain nevertheless.

I agree. I put the clips in before it goes onto the Jeep.
