Better front springs Sport S, Rubicon or Mojave.

I've currently got the Sport S Max Tow Front Spring on but wondering if maybe changing the Front Springs to either the Rubicon or Mojave would be a better move. Can pick up either sets of springs for relative cheap if its a decent upgrade

There isn't really a "better". There is just different.

I have rubicon front springs on mine. Gained about and inch in the front and they are softer. Kept the stiffer rear springs stock.

What are you looking to gain by swapping springs?

There isn't really a "better". There is just different.
Not really looking to gain anything all is well with the truck it's just one of those thoughts that ok is there may be a small mod or tweak that I can do on the cheap for the truck to perhaps upgrade it a little. Put better parts on for small cost. I've been seeing a bunch of springs for sale cheap and was considering maybe changing out the front springs if it might make the ride better, etc. I replaced the stock shocks with the Rubicon shocks but really didn't notice anything different in that change. Probably next year will be moving from 33's to 35's and adding winch on the front but that is about it. Keeping the rear Max Tow Springs

There isn't even just one part number for Rubicon springs depending on the truck's options.

I'm speculating but I suspect the rubicon springs are longer and possibly softer than your stock springs. But even then, I also suspect that a Rubicon with a factory steel bumper is going to have higher rate springs than one that comes with a plastic bumper.

If we assume that any Rubicon spring is longer and softer than your current springs, then the Jeep will sit a little bit higher but ride a bit softer. It may be overall better since the front, where most of the weight is, will be a matched shock / spring combo that was tuned by the factory.

If you add a winch on the front, lower rate springs will droop more for a given amount of weight than higher rate springs. (spring rate mis measured in lbs of force per inch. In other words, how much additional weight do you need to add to make the length change by an inch). Even if they are longer and start out higher. So your height may be higher or it may not.

If there was a code on the spring that gave the spring rate, then you could make an intelligent choice.

I think that in the end, even if its short money, this kind of change is not really an improvement because you don't really know what you are getting or actually doing.

I also think you are going about this a bit backwards. Start with a goal. (Better ride, raise the front by 2" after the addition of a winch, for example) and work towards that.

Not backwards just looking forward to possibilities. Better ride of course although the ride is not bad but If there is the ability to make it better by upgrading some simple things then that would be the goal. Also, I know the winch which will be about 75-80 lbs will likely lower the front some I would probably make some adjustments to compensate. Not going to lift the truck but thinking with winch and going to 35's will have to likely adjust to keep a smooth ride or make it better.
