Sport S vs. Rubicon vs. Overland front bumper

I'm looking to replace a damaged plastic front bumper on my 2020 Sport S MT. I've found a few local options on the Marketplace but they are from a 2022 Rubicon and 2022 Overland. I've read here that there are fog lamp differences and the Sport S has the air dams.

My question is would it be possible to swap out just the outer plastic skin of either bumper with the one currently on my Sport S. The only damage to the bumper is a scrap/cut on the plastic surround.

Just wondering if anyone has done something similar

Yes. Or leave it as is. You can also buy the plastic pieces.
The biggest issue with the Rubicon overland bumper is if they have the LED light package. Then you will have to tell your computer on board that you have LED fogs, otherwise the fog lights will not work.

Thanks for the info! If I do end up with leds,, I've got a jscan for the settings.
