There is a lot you folks don't know about this situation. Kenny is in a literal shit storm in every aspect of his life. He won't be popping up under a different name, he'll be lucky to be directing you to hardware at the local Ace Hardware there in PA after he gets past his current felony charges. That's all I'm at liberty to share, but, this wasn't a deliberate cash grab, he fucked some seriously good guys like his shop manager Brian with his poor personal behavior. One of many, many people. Shitty situation all around.

Nah, if you dig hard enough you can put it all together. I can tell you this, between key people I am friends with who are involved with him through business, he won't be making anything for a very long time. Assets up for recovery or auction, no employees left, loans on top of loans. Totally sad situation.

The owner of Hauk has a history doing shady business. I believe the name "River Raiders" was the company before it was Hauk. Kind of ended the same way.

Has anyone had luck with getting any info on these guys lately. I just decided to check on my front and rear bumpers that he told me would take 27 weeks due to back orders and supply issues. Not I see all of this crap and their phone is out of service. Anyone know if I can get my money back from the credit card company front an order 144 days ago?
