Dies anyone make a bikini top (solid fabric not mesh) that covers just the front seats? Don’t want the rear seats covered.

I dont know I have seen a solid fabric one just mesh. Maybe ask @JTopsUSA if they could make one... their fit is absolutely perfect, maybe they could use a different material for you.

The freedom panels work real good, they are held on by three of their 4 latches.

OK, I called them and they dont make such a thing. Mike the owner told me the reason they dont is because of the Bernoullie Effect, ie that the air flow over the top of the jeep creates a low pressure under the top and that if its a solid material it will be constantly flapping hard up and down. The mesh he explained allowed the air to flow thru and equalize. I never thought of this and it sound reasonable based on my experience with my bikini top on my CJ, it constantly whips up and down especially at 45 mph and greater. Mike told me he didnt thing anyone would make a solid fabric top for a late model jeep for the same reason.

Well there you have it. Grab their bikini top and move on. Or give up on the dream. They really make a great product.
