The old ones are in the black frames. You can clearly see they have more view horizontally
The taller ones may be better when pulling a camper. Not that you would see behind the trailer but more area. I use the Thorn mirrors to get more angle behind. I have the disc shaped blind spots and they are pretty weak.

The suma performance lens would be an option if you have to replace the lens.

Well I’m here to eat my words. I said, “They gotta be better than my cheap plastic ones”, but I was wrong. The Nxtgen mirrors are better than nothing, but not as good as the ones I had. I’m bummed out but oh well. It’s not the first $25 I’ve thrown out the window. I will see if I can live with them but if not I’ll replace them with what I had.

Rotate them so they are wider sideways, and flip sides so the taller section is on the outside edge.

Sorry about that. The ones you have are more angled so it makes sense. I didn't have anything on mine to judge against.

For anyone still looking at blindspot mirrors, I still like these NXTGEN mirrors but they aren't really worth the $25. I do like how they are low profile and don't jut out too much but you do lose some of the visibility that way. They do provide enough visibility for what I need, just not as much if you want to see 2 car lanes over.

$24.95 included shipping. If Jeep offered them, do you think they would have asked $25? I'm sure they would expect the buyer to pay shipping!
I agree. No matter what the cost is, someone will say there are cheaper options and some will say there are more expensive options. All relative I guess. I didn't mind spending $25 on them when I could have got walmart specials for $6. When I saw the original post, they looked really nice but the OP was being sketchy about it. I really wanted to see if the company was legit and report back to those that were following the thread.

I just ordered the blindspot mirrors from NXTGEN Automotive https://nxtgenautomotive.com/store-5/extended-view-jeep-gladiator/

There was a thread started on these but was quickly taken down. I guess people thought it was spam or fake or something. I played the guinea pig. The company is legit and I received them in less than 2 days. They were about $25 but are pretty nice. I wanted to jump back on that thread and show the company was really but it was deleted.

I have one of these on the driver's side mirror. It's stuck to the bottom with the 3M tape that it shipped with. It has been there since October 2019.
EW-69 EXEA Blind spot mirror, attaches to the bottom of side-view mirror, reduces blind spot, adjustable R300 curved mirror, designed in Japan, black https://a.co/d/9NZ3pNz

I also have a set of these, sitting in the door net. I haven't got around to installing them yet.

Well I received my NXTGEN mirrors but its too cold and my garage is not heated. I did get the passenger's side blind spot off with dental floss, a hair drier, acetone and a razer blade. I'll mess with it if it warms up tomorrow. They are well made and clear. It came with a discount code for a referral, so if anyone wants to try Nxtgen10

I guess this is why scammers and spammers do what they do.
It works.
I'm willing to bet this internet company that sells spot mirrors, t-shirts, and vegan drops to put in your wine so you dont get a hangover is just ordering everything from some factory in China for 25 cents each and repackaging them. Probably just the one dude in his basement.

Ok, so It warmed up enough to put them on. First I had to take off the ones I had on there. The right was a simple disc and on the driver's side I had a spot that you can swivel for adjustment. Both made in China. I used dental floss and a hair dryer to weaken the sticky tape and acetone to break down the glue, then alcohol to clean up the glass.

I was careful to get the new spots (Made in USA) the way I thought to be best for me. So driving around getting the feel of them I find them to be better than the little ones I had on before, particularly the passenger's side being further away. I can make out the vehicles better than the former little spot, as I was only able to tell there was an object approaching.

So the original poster may have slipped in a little unquestionably but I researched the company, backed by PayPal which would stand behind their suppliers and took a shot. It went well. I use Thorn Engineering's Mirror extensions for towing and these will work great with them. (Another dude in the basement).
