Blinker Hyperflash - Bulb Works, what's the issue?

Hello everybody. I got a "Left turn signal out" message this morning on my 2020 Sport S w/max tow (each fender has a DRL bulb AND a blinker bulb). The blinker bulb works and flashes normally but I am getting hyperflash on the dash and the error message. (B163A)

Any thoughts? Much much appreciated for the help in advance

Edit: Everything is OEM besides the headlights - I added LED headlights w/resistors - didn't flash anything - been running with no issues for 6+ months. DRL's work, just the left blinker issue

Did you check the bulbs in the rear?

Check the fuse box and make sure all the fuses and relays are properly seated.
