Never buy first year of anything and you should be good

Buy from the first group off the line. They usually do better quality in the beginning. Other than the driveshaft recall and steering box TSB, mine has been great. The build on mine started 3/28/19.

It is not like ESS in the Gladiator was a new thing. Same system already been in use in the Wrangler for roughly 2 years already.
