Blue Ox Base Plate - Compatible Winch Plate?

Looking to find a winch mounting plate that will work with the Blue Ox base plate (flat towing Gladiator) bolt patterns. Ready to install the base plate but, holding off as I figure the winch mounting plate should be installed at the same time. Any experiences with the sort of set up?
