Thanks for the write up. I assume to get the 1.5 load, all three subs are duel 4 ohm? Thanks
I believe It’s called series/parallel with 2ohm speakers. The voice coils are wired in series, the speakers are wired in parallel. Funky combination but it works. Never been a 3 speaker kind of guy, in most cases I’d rather take the extra space and give either one or two subs more room to breathe.

This was my main concern as well. Originally looked into the BRP boxes, but the airspace they provided wasn't going to cover what I was looking for. Surprisingly, the 3 10" sub box they have bundled doesn't even meet the airspace requirements of the subs they provide.

Fosgate R2D2-10 sub: Sealed box volume requirement: 0.59 cubic feet.
BRP 3 Sub Box: Air volume per subwoofer 0.47 cubic feet.

Seems like they should have stopped with just a pair of subs.

Agreed, even my 8s require .75-1 cubic foot of space so I know for the pair I’m pushing my limits on volume.

Yes you are correct about the box volume. I guess it’s difficult to get the manufacturer’s recommended volume under the rear seat of the gladiator. However, that doesn’t change the fact that this setup shakes the whole Jeep and hits hard. And the Lc2i puts out really quality audio, some of the best I’ve ever heard. I’ll be doing the sound bar next.
