Bump/thump only with a passenger up front

The right front wheel well, there is an occasional bump/thump only when there is a passnger sitting up front. It happens every once in awhile with a sharp turn or bump in the road. Other than that it does not happen. I cannot figure it out.

If it's only with the added wieght of a passenger it sounds like a body mount issue
