I really like how you used the dring mounts. Probably would look great if the were sized and cut to match those bumper insetsAnd not a steel bumper. Yes it will bolt right up, the skid plate may not if brackets are missing.
Really, any bumper from a JK, JL, JT will bolt up, the JK bumpers may need a couple mounting holes reamed to make fit. I have a JK Hard Rock bumper on my Overland (modified it a little)...

Sorry to hear about the accident, glad it wasn't serious.Unfortunately I was I was sandwiched between two cars on Friday, and damaged both bumpers. Luckily the damage is just dents/scratches to the bumpers.
Are there different steel mopar bumpers? If yes which is this one?
What is the other piece, does this replace the plastic piece under my Sport bumper?
What do these sell for usually?
Appreciate the help.

Are you happy with the Arcus? how long have you had it? any signs of rust? What are you doing for the skid plate? My plastic skid/air dam needs to be replaced, looking for upgrade options to pair with it.This would also be a good time to select any aftermarket bumpers. If you want a winch in the front, now is the time to check prices. Some choices are a lot cheaper than others. The factory steel bumper is "winch capable" but requires an expensive winch plate to be purchased separately, for example. I replaced my plastic front bumper with the steel Arcus that comes with a strong winch plate, and added the Harbor Freight winch that I had been saving for several years.

I am happy with the Arcus. It looks good (had it one month so far), adds little weight--100 lb with the 12k winch--resulting in a front end drop of 3/8 inch. I am using the original Mojave skid plate which clears the bumper by over an inch. Rust is almost unheard of here in Vegas but the factory paint/coating seems good. I did replace the T55 mounting bolts which are only grade 8.8 with allens of grade 12.9 and double nutted with grade 12.9 nuts (M12x1.75x60 bolts). Are you happy with the Arcus? how long have you had it? any signs of rust?
