Buy/Don't Buy from certain Rim Manufacturers

I'm curious which rim manufacturers have good customer service and stand by their warranties.

I've heard a mixed bag on one or two companies. I like a few Black Rhino rims but apparently their customer service sucks. (You can't even find a phone number on their website). Right now I'm most interested in a few Black Rhino and XD rims but want to hear yay/nays and horror stories. on them, or any others.

So if you've had bad experience or have stories of others that have lets hear them!

I bought my wheels through Custom Offsets, and they have excellent customer service...I always got a real person on the other end of the line, even during the corona crap.

I bought my tires from @Discount Tire here on the forum, and I HIGHLY recommend them, too. Phenomenal customer service.

He did reach out to me and I’ll probably work with him in conjunction with some local shops to see who is cheaper.

But if there is an issue with the rims they will go back to the manufacturer. For instance I read a forum where the black rhino rims came to the shop dented and they were told sorry about your luck.
