Having gone through the engine replacement myself, which I know you followed, I would be in the same pickle as you with the mods you have done. If the truck is working well and it is built to your specs now and is a color you love I would keep it. Just because they give you money back and you go to a new one doesn't mean you won't have issues with the new one. You also have to consider what is your time worth. If it's already paid off your labor accounts for something.
