Not sure if this is the right forum but I have a question regarding buying a soft top. I’ve noticed some people looking to sell the soft top from the dual top groups because they haven’t used it in years.

Are there any known issues with soft tops from back around 2019?

Can there be any problems with the soft top from being packaged up in the box for 3.5 years?

just looking to get some thoughts on it.

My instincts tell me there isn't a problem with the top being in the box per se, but where the box was stored... if you can arrange a pre-purchase inspection, that should give you confidence that what you are paying is a fair price. I bought a soft top from a seller on this forum and it worked well and I am very happy with the soft top for summer and my hard top for winter.
