Glad I’m not the only one who thinks this - something like my old CJ's doors would be great
A friend in college have a set of these doors on his Scrambler. He ran a bikini top most of the summer but would put these on if it rained. It didn't keep all the water out, but it helped a lot.

I had good success last year just throwing a rain cover on the JT when ever I got to a destination. Made it so I could use my tube doors almost all summer and fall.

You will need 10 tee connectors and 14 elbows. The big box stores have the these in multi count containers that are almost the same count you need. I purchased 2, 10' lengths of packaging pipe and 4 sticks of pipe foam.

As for the lengths you need.

10 @ 20"
8 @ 4"
7 @ 12"
4 @ 8"

The way I set mine up, the front doors go in the outside slots so mirrors are unencumbered. The back doors go in the inner slots and lay on their sides or top edge (usually top edge). If anyone has any questions or I left something out just ask and will answers best and soon as I can.

I built my door storage from 1 inch pvc pipe and pipe insulation. My original plan was to glue all my pieces together however I decided against this.. I took a trip to Carolina Beach last August and wanted to store my doors as well. I stayed in a condo and could have just propped my doors against a wall.
I instead, disassembled my door storage and took it with me and reassembled at the beach. Cheap, easy and took up little room in the bed. This may or may not be a idea you could go with? Just my 2 cents worth.

That’s a nice storage idea. More importantly, pics of the gladiator on Carolina Beach. We’re heading down there in June. It’s been 7 years since I’ve been down there. We will spend most days at Fort Fisher. My old JKU, Stella, at Fort Fisher.

You are very welcome. If there are any questions just let me know. Some tweaking here and there could be done for personal likes but this is a good basic setup.

Any chance you have a photo of the doors on it for the visual people (I mean me...)?

I made one of the PVC ones and was not impressed. It was flimsy and I was concerned it would break and the doors would fall and be damaged. Give it a shot but food for thought it may be flimsy.

I was concerned about this as well but, I haven't had any problems with strength. I have left the doors in the rack for weeks and it has held up without any issues.
