PERFECT!!!!! The finished look will lokk good with 35's right? Just looking to see what you guys are gonna run after you install your lift. Are yall running 35's or 37's? Im scared 37's will kill my fuel milage and power towing my boat......lol
Well, I drive city a lot, I average 12.5 mpg on my Mojave with 37s. Extra weight everywhere, aerodynamics be dammed as well... lol... small lift.

I get ~10mpg when towing my 23' trailer filled with toys.

I only tow a 20 foot aluminum boat, and its not very far. Ocasionally Ill tow it 50 miles one way. Most of the time its less that 10 miles one way. Can anyone show pics of true 35's on a Mojave even with or without a lift??? Thanks guys!!
Here was mine, on 35x12 BFGs, AEV Savegre wheels, NO suspension mods:

I did 37" Ko2s with a 1 inch spring spacer in the front and a 0.75" spacer in the rear. Everything else is stock. Steering and drivability feels the same as stock, maybe a bit harder to turn the wheel off-road on obstacles. I don't plan on sticking with spacers forever, but for now its perfectly fine on and off-road.

Power wasn't effected that much, I got used to it within a day, especially after recalibrating the computer for the new tire size. I lost maybe 1 mpg. I attribute that to these being very lightweight all terrains.
Dude... nice truck! lol... same color, same wheels and tires, same winch...

Wanna swap hoods??? I'm in Orange County. I miss my Rubi hood look... Might just pick up a used hood and cowl parts to have them painted.

Here is mine with 35's before the 2" AEV lift. It wheeled perfectly and did not rub anywhere, even with sway bar disconnected. 37's are coming as soon as I wear out the 35's.

This looks perfect to me! So this picture is of a stock Mojave with no added lift, and new rims with true 35x12.5's?

So, to clarify this thread, when you get a Mojave-specific lift, it basically means it can accommodate the larger lower shock bolt up front - if that component is included in the kit.

as for changing the ride, the Mojave fox shocks are internally bypassed; if you stretch the shock with a lift, you'll put the ride height of the shock beyond the first or even the second valve - so you'll be riding on a stiffer shock.

https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...-shock-length-when-sprung.87652/#post-1411560

"The front shocks are 20.25" long at ride height (eye to eye). They are 15.75" when compressed, 23.75" when extended. That 8" of total travel is divided between 4.5" of compression and 3.5" of extension when traveling away from the ride height length.

The rear shocks are 22.25" at ride height, 25.75" extended, 17.75" compressed, also with 8" of travel."

Your experience may differ, but from a technical and mechanical perspective, if you don’t address the shock length when you lift, you are putting the shock in a configuration that creates a stiffer ride.
