Completely agree with GEO correction brackets. The AEV 2" kit rode like stock. With the internal bypass shocks you want to keep them in the same ride zone. If you add a spacer you'll want to add a set of shock extensions of similar length. The AEV kit addresses this, tire size calibration, sway bar end links, and bump stops. For $550 is very complete and rides great in my experience.
That's a pretty light load and not very far towing. You should be fine with the slightly taller final drive ratio with bigger tires.I only tow a 20 foot aluminum boat, and its not very far. Ocasionally Ill tow it 50 miles one way. Most of the time its less that 10 miles one way. Can anyone show pics of true 35's on a Mojave even with or without a lift??? Thanks guys!!
When I swapped wheels and tires I managed to only be 2lbs heavier per corner vs OEM wheels and stock Falkens.I added the aev lift on mine with 35s and love it. Same ride as stock. I tried to keep the tire weight as close to stock as possible and can't tell any difference in performance either.
Think that's about where I am. I went with the toyo open country at3.When I swapped wheels and tires I managed to only be 2lbs heavier per corner vs OEM wheels and stock Falkens.
Only thing I don't like of the Mojave is the 2 inches up front with only 3/4 in the rear. I run 1.5 up front and anymore would be too much unless I added more in the rear. While I don't own a Mojave, I recently lifted my Rubicon. When you lift you change geometry, no if or buts. The AEV kit will cover you bases for the most part. The geo brackets (not included with AEV kit) will bring caster to where it is supposed to be. Geo brackets avoid the flighty feeling and wandering when driving. The procal is handy to program new tire sizes. Just be aware that your axle will shift to one side by as much as 1/2 inch. If you are ok with that, you can save a couple hundred dollars on an adjustable track bar. Now if you are like me, I wanted the axle perfectly centered so I got an adjustable track bar.
You can save several hundred dollars if you source parts that's what I did since I couldn't find a kit that was complete without spending a billion dollars.
Here is what I got and I think this will work on a Mojave*.
Teraflex (TF) 1.5" Leveling kit on sale $115
TF .5" spacer to stack the front to 2" $25
TF Shock Extensions (Don't fit mojave) $50
Daystar 3/4 inch rear spacers
Freedom Offroad 2" links (only ones in stock) $48
RSO Double Adjustable Track bar $190
JKS Geo Brackets JKS 6201 (now cheaper on Amazon)$186
Total of $614
I also added a set of Airlift 1000 airbags since I was removing the rear springs to install the spacers.
About tire size, I run 35" tires and towing is where you feel it. I will never go to 37" without regear since I live a high elevation and that sucks engine power. Sea level is doable.
Those with Mojaves correct me if I'm wrong on the parts list.
Good luck.
MOPAR arms is a cheaper approach and solid. I did the 2" up front because I added a metal bumper and winch.Only thing I don't like of the Mojave is the 2 inches up front with only 3/4 in the rear. I run 1.5 up front and anymore would be too much unless I added more in the rear.
Teraflex makes a front track bar bracket that can be used also, raises the track bar at the axle just like the rear brackets do.
Geo brackets are nice for sure. One can get away with using the Mopar lift kit lower front arms.
If you raise one of the front track bar mounting points, you'll want to also move the drag link so it keeps a parallel relationship with the track bar.Only thing I don't like of the Mojave is the 2 inches up front with only 3/4 in the rear. I run 1.5 up front and anymore would be too much unless I added more in the rear.

2021 Mojave with the AEV spacer lift which does include the shock relocation or correction brackets and 35s.I have located a New mojave at by dealer, but want to add new rims and true 35's. I think the 35x12.5 looks a little squatty stock. I think a small lift would make it look better, but I do NOT want to sacrifice ride quality???? Any ideas?? Thank you!!
Here is mine with 35's before the 2" AEV lift. It wheeled perfectly and did not rub anywhere, even with sway bar disconnected. 37's are coming as soon as I wear out the 35's.I only tow a 20 foot aluminum boat, and its not very far. Ocasionally Ill tow it 50 miles one way. Most of the time its less that 10 miles one way. Can anyone show pics of true 35's on a Mojave even with or without a lift??? Thanks guys!!
