Can i mix factory stereo wire and new wiring

I'm running the heigh10 with four Alpine R-S65.2's (100 rms) and Infinity Reference REF-3032cfx (25 rms).

Needless to say the car has zero bass because i'm a complete f'in idiot and 4 of the speakers are criminally under-powered.

I'm going to bite the bullet and install an AMP and run speaker wire. My question is can I leave the tweeters in the factory bar and dash on the stock wire and run wires for only the larger speakers?

I think the answer is yes? But im only ripping my whole car apart one last time :D

Im no expert, but I don't see an issue. As long as it's the proper size and the polarity is kept the same.
