Can't find tonneau compatible racks...need security suggestions

Need some helping building my new Gladiator out for overlanding.... Canopies are extremely expensive and mostly on backorder right now. I ended up buying Overland Vehicle Systems Freedom Bed Rack to support the ikamper skycamp 2.0. After a lot of research, I realize there are no tonneau covers compatible with most racks...especially racks in stock now to get for this summer's camping season. Any ideas for lock boxes or ways to keep our stuff locked/safe and dry??..it will be a biolite fire pit, dometic fridge, jackery generator, joolca hot tap, propane tank, jerry cans...lots of oddly shaped, big, expensive stuff...

TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll Up Truck Bed Tonneau Cover | 523201 | fits 2020 - 2021 Jeep Gladiator (Amazon description) may work with that rack. It mounts between the rails, and it looked like that rack may mount flat on top of the rails? Unless I saw the wrong rack.

Common issue with racks and covers.

Padlocks and cables would be one option, although not optimal.

If you don't mind the weight, you might be able to find a Jobbox or similar on Craigslist for cheap.
