New video up on the channel. Feel free to check it out!

After my shakedown trip several months back, and after having to physically climb in and out over my fridge several times, partly due to poor planning on my part admittedly, I got the idea to implement a sliding bed system. I originally was looking in to building my own, but the parts that I wanted to go with were ballpark cost of the of the unit that I ended up going with, pre-assembled and warrantied. It's the base model Cargo Glide CG1000-5842. Pretty pleased so far!

Nice but it would be cool if they actually had some tie down hooks on the slider built in.

Crap, I guess I didn't cover that: There are 4 adjustable tie down points included. There are channels that run the entire perimeter for infinite options.

I personally will probably be laying L track on it. I think that's a more versatile tie down option--the provided option would probably be sufficient for majority of people though.

I know this is an old thread. any updates?
No news is good news in my opinion! It's one of my favorite, most useful additions to the build. I've overloaded it with yard supplies and had no issues, and it's fantastic for day-to-day gear that goes in the back.

I may still drill it out and lay down L track in thr future, but I haven't planned that out just yet.

Awesome.I’m thinking of getting one of these for a camping (if I was fancy I’d say overlanding) trip from PA to Wyoming. Sub’d to your YouTube! Thanks.

Cargo Glide had a product that was demo'd on the show Gearz with Stacy David on a Gladiator and it hung from the overland rack. I can't find it anywhere, ever seen anything like that or just the cargo glide?

Very nice. I have a BedSlide brand one in my Rebel. A near necessity due to the height/depth of the bed.

They are very handy.
