@CavFab_MFG That's too bad. I camp, tow heavy and wheel and would love to be able to keep my 37 under there still with your bumper as i don't have space elsewhere when in transit.

I have that issue as well. I fill that bed up with stuff, so the spare needs to be under there. Also a 37. And I use my spare. It’s not a decoration.

This bumper looks great. I've been looking very seriously at the "comp" cut options from both artec and motobilt. Both seem solid and super high clearance. My hesitance has been cutting sheet metal. I'm not afraid to make some modifications, clearly, but I always worry about salt and rust living in a winter state. There are high clearance options like evo, but those don't provide bedside protection (and I drop on the rear overhang A LOT).

I really, really like that this bumper provides a lot more clearance and bedside clearance without the need to cut. The hitch is a necessity for me as we drag a trailer around on our trips. My spare lives in my bed. Yes it takes up a lot of space, but I'm not overlanding with this set up so we just need supplies for the day.

@CavFab_MFG are you attending EJS this year? I'd like to see this in person.

We will get some renders that show both the OEM and ours. From there folks can make their own decisions.

We cannot state that our hitch is as strong or stronger than factory.

Well, I hope you make it! We're making the trip from MN and I've had great experience talking with vendors in person. Thrashing to get the King Kong project as close to "done" for the trip as well.
