Do you know if the quality sensor replaceable?
Heaven forbid a manufacturer would do something so silly as make a tank sensor individually replaceable. Nope, gotta replace the entire freakin' tank if it fails.

Code hasn't come back. My fluid level has dropped some overnight. Still not down where I think it should be.

The code came back twice yesterday. Was able to clear it. Only happens off road. DEF level starts to come down. But soon as I hit water. It goes right back to full. Either water is getting into a connection or there is a bad wire. It did do a regen yesterday on the highway. SL% got to 80% and stayed there for a while before the regen which kind of scared me. Normally soon as it hits 80%, it starts. But it took it's normal 11 miles to do the regen.

My driverside handbrake cable was rubbing on the def tank harness cable when articulating, i had to bent the wire support bracket a little toward the passenger side to cleared.

Drove over 400 miles to home today from Rausch Creek. No codes, and the DEF level dropped down to where I think it should be. I have to pressure wash the underside to get all the mud off the JT. Once I do that. I will have a better look at what's going on.

Finally got a chance to get under the JT. I removed the skid plate that covers all the connections under the DEF tank. It was packed with dried mud. I pulled each connection to check for indications of water. The inside of each plug was dry. Didn't see anything that would indicate water. I put dielectrical grease inside each plug. Hopefully this takes care of this.
