Center piece of the Rubicon steel bumper part name

I picked up the stubby Rubicon bumper used and it's missing the piece on the front that covers the fairlead area.

If so, they either come with the winch or buy them separate. It's not part of the bumper.
Now, is there a fairlead mount plate attached to the winch plate?

Because if not, it looks like you need one of those with the Mopar bumper.
