Change Automatic transmission shift points?

Do any of tazer, Jscan, ect devises on the market change the shift points of the automatic transmission when you change the tire size?

Not with a Tazer, at least anything I can find. I don't think it can be done with the gateway that the Tazer accesses. Please correct if wrong.

it’s my limited understanding that the JT can relearn after a tire diameter or a gear change, but I haven’t found a list of what it relearns. Joe, thanks for jumping in. Thanks to the members in advance for helping explain this to the newbie.
